- Add your preferred credit card for monthly pre-authorized payments.

Is there a commitment?
Yes. The Glow Club is a 12-month membership. This allows you to enjoy long-term benefits and consistent care while helping us offer the best value.
What happens if I don’t use my monthly credit?
No problem! Monthly credits may accumulate and be used together if unused. After your 12-month membership ends, you have 90 additional days to redeem any remaining credits.
Can I use my credits on any service?
Yes — your credits can be used toward any regularly priced service offered at Total Wrapture Medi Spa with the following exclusions:
1. Promotional Events or Flash Sales
Credits cannot be used on services already discounted for special promotions.
Example: If a $199 treatment is offered at a one-day-only promo price of $129, your credit cannot be applied to this offer.
2. Prepaid Service Packages Membership credits cannot be applied toward the purchase of bundled packages.
Example: Packages like “Buy 5, Get 1 Free” are already discounted and not eligible for credit use.
3. Credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or products. However, The Glow Club membership entitles you to 5% off all regularly-priced products.
Can I cancel my membership early?
We understand that things happen. If you choose to cancel before the 12-month term ends. Early cancellation fee will be equal to discounts applied during paid membership or the minimum $100.
To cancel your membership, kindly send us a written notice using one of these methods a minimum of 30 days before your next scheduled billing date:
- By Mail: Address it to ‘Manager’ at 3-2255 Ness Ave, Wpg MB R3J 0Z8.
- By Email: Send your cancellation request to info@totalwrapture.ca.

- The phone number associated with your account
- The email address associated with your account
- Requested date of termination

Can I share my membership with someone else?
No, memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the member named on the agreement.
Where can I see my credits?
Your online account will reflect your available credit balance and rollover history.
What happens after 12 months?
Your membership will end after 12 months. You’ll have the option to renew by signing a new agreement to continue enjoying The Glow Club benefits.
Are there any times when I can’t use my credits?
No, you can use your credit anytime on regular priced services.
Am I able to use my credit on products?
No credits can only be used toward services. However, your Glow Club membership entitles you to 5% off all regularly-priced products!
How will I receive my monthly member-exclusive offers?
Monthly offers are shared through the monthly Beauty Pass newsletter!

I can’t choose between a monthly financing plan or a The Glow Club membership. Which is best for me?
It depends on your goals!
The Glow Club: Ideal for consistent, year-round services at preferred pricing. They’re perfect if you want to save while you get your regular services or maintain healthy, radiant skin with regular care.
• Monthly Plans: Best for targeting a specific skin goal or getting a specific service series package while spreading out payments over a term length of your choice.
Can I renew my Glow Club membership automatically?
No, memberships at Total Wrapture are not automatically renewed. You can sign up for a new one when your current one runs out.
What are my payment options?
The credit card you provide us will be conveniently and automatically billed once a month on the 1st. Please note that we currently do not accept e-transfers.
How do I cancel my Glow Club membership?
