Our memberships let you enjoy quality skin care with significant savings, ensuring that your skin receives consistent, professional care year-round. To make things easy and hassle-free, the credit card you provide us can be conveniently and automatically billed once a month (on the 1st) for our Signature or Elite memberships, or you can buy your membership in one payment (referred to as Signature Gold or Elite Gold memberships). Platinum membership is a 1-time payment.

Your membership is a special treat just for you! Only the member can enjoy the services included to ensure you get the most out of your membership experience.

• Membership Durations: Total Wrapture’s Signature and Elite memberships span 12 months, offering a full year of tailored skincare. Platinum, Signature gold, and Elite gold memberships are valid until all included services or credits are used, with flexible renewal.
• Service Frequency: Signature and Elite membership holders can enjoy one of the services included in their membership per month. Holders of the Platinum, Signature Gold, or Elite Gold memberships enjoy unlimited access until their membership services or credit is exhausted.
• Priority booking: As a member, you receive priority booking, which entitles you to be able to schedule your included services up to 6 months in advance.
• Booking Services: Once you have selected and signed up for your desired membership, you can easily book the services included in your membership either online, on the app, or by giving us a call. This flexibility ensures that you can schedule your appointments at times that best fit your needs.

Our aim is to provide flexibility and convenience in every aspect of our membership program to help you unveil your skin’s timeless beauty with consistent, professional care. 

Memberships do not automatically renew once expired.

When you book your treatments online, suggested add-ons that boost the specific treatment selected are automatically suggested to you as an add-on service. You may choose to add them to your booking. These increase the efficacy and results of your treatment. 

Signature and Elite members (Gold included) receive 10% off add-on treatments, while Platinum members receive 12% off all treatments (and products), including add-on treatments.

For facials, suggested add-on treatments may include:

• Add-on LED Light Therapy Treatment: Utilizes specific wavelengths of light to combat acne, reduce inflammation, and stimulate collagen production for a rejuvenated complexion.
• Add-on Dermaplaning Treatment: Gently exfoliates the skin’s surface by removing dead skin cells and peach fuzz, revealing a smoother and brighter complexion.
• Add-on Hydrodermabrasion Treatment: A hydrating exfoliation method that deeply cleanses and ‘flushes’ out your pores, promoting a hydrated and glowing skin appearance.
• Add-on Microdermabrasion Treatment: Uses a fine diamond head to exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin, diminishing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots.

These two memberships conclude after the 12-month period and do not renew automatically.

Platinum, Signature Gold and Elite Gold memberships last until the included services or credit is exhausted. You have the flexibility to renew it at your convenience.

Yes, you can. If you have a Signature or Elite membership, you can easily switch between the two anytime during your membership period. This switch can be made once in the span of a membership. Please contact us, and we will help you make the change and update the payment authorization accordingly for you.

If you are a holder of a Signature Gold or Elite Gold membership, please contact us about switch possibilities based on the number of included membership services already used in your membership. 

Yes, members have the flexibility to exchange services included in their membership for other pre-selected alternatives. When booking online, you can book any of the treatments that are a substitute instead.

On the app: When you are logged into your account and browsing the service menu to book, you will see all treatments included in your membership (including substitutions) showing a cost of $0. 

On a web browser: When you are logged into your Total Wrapture account online, the service menu indicates all treatments included in your membership (including substitutions).

To cancel your membership, kindly send us a written notice using one of these methods a minimum of 30 days before your next scheduled billing date:

Please ensure we receive your cancellation notice a minimum of 30 days before your next scheduled billing date. We value your time with us and appreciate your understanding.

Upon cancellation, you will receive a final account summary. Services that were used under the membership will be recalculated at their regular prices. Should there be any overpayments, you will receive a refund within 10 days. However, if there are any outstanding balances, they must be settled before the cancellation is finalized.

Our system is not set up to offer the option to freeze membership payments. However, members are given a pre-determined grace period to redeem their services at the member price.
