How does it work?
1. Give them your welcome gift using your referral code.
Find your code using the Total Wrapture Medi Spa app:
- Simply open your app
- Select “Account“
- Within the Account screen, select “Referral” to see your unique code
Find your code using our online booking system:
- Log into your online account and select your name (located in the top right corner on desktop or within the menu toggle on mobile)
- Select “Give $20, get $20” to find your unique referral code which gives them a welcome gift credit!
Copy your unique referral code + share it with everyone you know – your besties, father, colleagues, hairstylist, and barista. Who wouldn’t want to receive $20?
2. Earn Your $20: Once someone you referred has their first ever appointment here, we’ll automatically apply a $20 credit to your account as a token of appreciation (you’ll get a notification)! You can redeem $20 of any referral credit you have earned per visit to the spa ($20 per invoice).
3. Enjoy the Benefits: Redeem your $20 credit when you book your next appointment, and your service will cost $20 less! For every spa visit, you have the opportunity to redeem $20 from any referral credit you’ve accumulated ($20 per invoice).

Where is my account located? I’m looking for my code.
If you are using your Total Wrapture app, your can find your referral code by selecting your ‘Account’ icon on the bottom right corner.
If you are using our online booking system from a web browser, click on your name in the top right corner, then select the ‘Give $20, Get $20’ tab.

What is the best way to share my code?
You can just give your friends your code or give them an invitation link which is pre-filled with your code and allows them to immediately book their service to use it.
When you retrieve your referral code from your app, you’ll see a SHARE button (or ‘Invitation Link’ if you are using a web browser) which will automatically copy an invitation link that you can send them and that is pre-filled with your code. It’s as easy as that!

I'm a new client. When should I provide the code I received from a friend to Total Wrapture?
The code you received needs to be used when creating your account in order for the code to work. Ideally, you should use your code to create an account online (or on our app) to ensure the $20 is applied to it.
If you book over the phone, you need to provide the code you received at the time of booking for it to be applied to your account by our dedicated administrative staff as they create your new client account.
Referral codes are exclusively for new customers and must be used when creating a new account. Unlike coupon codes, they cannot be applied to existing accounts. If a new customer forgets to use the code while setting up their account, they can contact our administrative team before booking their first appointment. Our team will then delete the existing account before any transaction has taken place using it, allowing the customer to create a new one with the referral code, ensuring they receive the $20 credit.
All received credit (from the referrer and referree) should be used within 180 days of receiving it.
Why does it say 'coupon code invalid' when I try to use the referral code I was given by a friend?

No, there is not! You can give your code to as many people as you like! Watch your referral dollars go up by $20 with every successful referral. With only 5 successful referrals, you’ll earn $100!

How many times can one person use the code I give them?
Each person you give your code to can only use it once. However, they can also start earning referral credit using their unique referral code.

How can I earn more credit?
There are multiple ways to keep on earning more Total Wrapture credit:
Share your referral code with more people! Watch your referral credit go up by $20 with every successful referral. For example, five successful referrals = $100 of Total Wrapture credit just for you!
For every spa visit, you have the opportunity to redeem $20 from any referral credit you’ve accumulated ($20 per invoice).
Loyalty points: Earn points on every dollar you spend at Total Wrapture! You can see your loyalty points in the form of credit available for you to use toward any service! Check out your loyalty reward balance in your account either online or on your app.

What can I use my referral credit for?
All services at Total Wrapture Spa! Not sure what that includes? Log into your online booking account or app and select a service to book. Before you click ‘confirm booking’ you will see your referral credit applied to your total amount.
For every spa visit, you have the opportunity to redeem $20 from any referral credit you’ve accumulated ($20 per invoice).
Total Wrapture reserves all rights.
Is the referral program the same as the loyalty points program?
No, it is not. Our Loyalty Points Program gives you points for every dollar you spend. In contrast, our Referral Program gives you a $20 credit every time a new client you referred completes their first service appointment.
However, you can use all the Total Wrapture credit you receive (through loyalty points and successful referrals) toward services at the spa.

Our dedicated administrative staff will help delete the duplicate account. Contact them at info@totalwrapture.ca today. In your email, provide your first and last name, phone number, email address, and any other number or email address you may have used on a duplicate account. It is important to only have one account per person so that you don’t miss out on loyalty points, and to ensure a proper service history to serve you better.

Can I use my referral credit toward day packages?
Yes, you can. However, you may not see your credit applied toward your total amount owed when you book a day package appointment online the way you automatically can with regular services. When you check out at the spa, you can ask our friendly administrative staff to apply $20 of any referral credit you have earned toward the cost of your day package.
