How do I delete my Total Wrapture Medi Spa App account?

You can submit an account deletion request through the Total Wrapture Medi Spa app or by contacting us at info@totalwrapture.ca.

To initiate the deletion process in the Total Wrapture Medi Spa app, follow the steps below:

1. Open your Total Wrapture Medi Spa app.
2. Tap Account.
3. In the Account screen, tap Delete Account.
4. Review the terms of deleting your Total Wrapture Medi Spa account.
5. Tap Initiate Deletion.
6. You may be redirected to your device’s default email application. An email will be generated on your behalf stating your deletion request. Ensure that your full name, email and/or phone number are clearly stated within this email.
7. Send the email to info@totalwrapture.ca.

Important notes:

• Account deletion is final. There is no way to restore your account.
• Once the account deletion is initiated, it will take approximately 5-7 business days for this process to complete.
