Do I need to present a loyalty card to receive my loyalty points?
No, your loyalty points will automatically be added to your account.
Do you have a gift card or Platinum Card issued before July 01, 2023? You can still provide us with your loyalty card to earn loyalty points upon redeeming your gift card.
How can I see my loyalty point balance?
Simply log into your Total Wrapture mobile app or your Total Wrapture online account and click on your name to view your account details, including your rewards points balance, appointment history, gift cards, packages and more!
From your account, you can also browse our services and products, book a new appointment, or rebook a past appointment in one easy click! Using your phone, you can download our mobile app here for Apple or here for Android.

How are loyalty points earned with gift cards?
As of July 01, 2023, you now earn loyalty points when you purchase a gift card! Please note that loyalty points are now earned on gift card purchases, not on gift card redemptions.
Do you have a gift card issued before July 01, 2023? You can still provide us with your loyalty point card to earn points upon redeeming your gift card.
How are loyalty points earned with packages?
When you purchase a package, you will receive loyalty points immediately at the time of the package purchase.
Is the Loyalty Points Program the same as the Referral Program?
No, it is not.
You can use the referral program using your unique referral code (found in your account on your app) to earn credit for every new client you refer to Total Wrapture!
In contrast, you earn points with the loyalty points program for each dollar you spend, allowing you to benefit from your loyalty.
Do I need a minimum amount of loyalty points in order to redeem them?
No, you can redeem your loyalty points at any time!
How much are my loyalty points worth when I redeem them?
While there is no minimum amount for redeeming your loyalty points, you can use the following guideline for reference: Every 25 points hold an approximate value of $1, which can be utilized to offset the cost of services at Total Wrapture Medi Spa.
Please note that points are non-transferable for cash-back and can solely be utilized for eligible services as determined by Total Wrapture Medi Spa.

How can I earn more credit?
In addition to our loyalty points program, you can join our referral program to earn even more credit! Share your referral code (which includes a $20 credit for them) with friends and family, and earn $20 on your own account every time a new client uses your code for a first service! Watch your referral credit go up by $20 with every successful referral. For example, five successful referrals = $100 of Total Wrapture credit just for you!
If you are using your Total Wrapture app, your can find your referral code by selecting your ‘Account’ icon on the bottom right corner.
If you are using our online booking system from a web browser, click on your name in the top right corner, then select the ‘Give $20, Get $20’ tab.
Troubleshooting: Why can't I immediately see my loyalty points on my account?
There are a few reasons why you may not see your loyalty points appear on your account immediately after checking out at the spa.
1. Occasionally, there may be instances where your loyalty points require manual addition by our dedicated administrative team. Should this be necessary, please allow for 48 hours for your account to accurately reflect the manual point addition.
2. There might be a duplicate account associated with your profile, which can occur when a new account is created using a different phone number or email address. We have a seamless process in place to merge your accounts effectively. Our priority is to ensure that you do not miss out on any privileges.

Troubleshooting: I think I accidentally created a duplicate account!

Our dedicated administrative staff will help delete the duplicate account. Contact them at info@totalwrapture.ca today. In your email, provide your first and last name, phone number, email address, and any other number or email address you may have used on a duplicate account. It is important to only have one account per person so that you don’t miss out on loyalty points, and to ensure a proper service history to serve you better.
