At our spa, we strive to create a serene and welcoming atmosphere. To ensure this, it is essential that all guests treat our staff and fellow clients with respect. We kindly ask that you communicate any concerns in a respectful and courteous manner. Our team is here to assist you and provide the best possible service. Cancellation Policy

As demand for our high-quality skin and laser services grows, we want to ensure appointment availability for all clients. To do this, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. No-shows without notice will result in a rebooking fee of 20% of the missed service price (see our No-Show Policy).

This policy allows us to offer last-minute openings to other clients and minimize disruptions. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at 204-837-9727 or info@totalwrapture.ca.

No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If we do not receive a cancellation notice, a rebooking fee of 20% of your missed service will be applied.

This fee will need to be collected before your next appointment. You can call us at 204-837-9727 to arrange payment at your convenience.

Animal Policy

To maintain a safe, hygienic, and inclusive environment, animals are not permitted anywhere inside the spa or its entrance—with the exception of certified service animals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Gift Card Policy

We offer two types of gift cards: Regular Gift Cards and Promo Gift Cards. Please check your card to see if it says “Promo” to  determine how it can be used.

Regular Gift Cards: Can be used for any service (including discounted services), products or packages.

Promo Gift Cards (Bonus During Promotions):

  • Expires in 180 days from activation date.
  • Can only be used for regularly priced services.
  • Cannot be used for tips or to purchase other sale items, packages, or campaign gift cards.
  • All gift cards purchased during promotions will be activated the day following the promotion end date.

Regular and Promo Gift Cards cannot be used towards gratuity. If you have any questions, our friendly front desk team is always here to help!

Return Policies

At Total Wrapture we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged. To provide you with the best service and ensure a smooth experience, we have established the following refund policy:

Return Policy for Products (Skincare, Purse, Retail Items):

✅ Eligible Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • For sanitary and safety reasons, used or opened items cannot be returned

    • Proof of purchase (receipt and or order number) is required.

🚫 Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products returned after 14 days will not be accepted.

  • Items that are opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted sale items are final sale.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer.

📦 Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, a shipping label will be provided by Total Wrapture.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Policy for Services:

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services. Please contact us by email at info@totalwrapture.ca within 48 hours if you are unsatisfied so we can address your concerns.
  • Allergy & Reaction Disclaimer: Services and products are used with client consent. Clients should inform the provider of any known allergies. No refunds are issued due to skin reactions unless deemed a product defect.

Children's Attendance Guidelines

To maintain a serene and safe environment for all our clients, we kindly request that children not accompany you to your appointments unless they are scheduled to receive nail care under guardian supervision. This helps us ensure a relaxing atmosphere and allows us to safely operate our equipment without concern for children who may not be aware of their surroundings.

Group Booking Information

For group bookings, a 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment, and a 15% automatic gratuity will be added to group bookings of 6 or more. Please note that discounts, coupons, or special offers cannot be applied to group bookings. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the missed appointment.
