Arrive a few minutes early
We’ll go over a short intake form and talk about your skin and what you’d love to change.

Lie back while your skin technician works through each step. Most clients find it so relaxing they’d happily stay longer.

Walk out glowing
There’s no downtime, and your skin technician will share a few simple aftercare tips.

Plan your season
Before you leave, your skin technician maps out your next visits and what your skin needs this season, whether that’s extra hydration for winter or a refresh after summer.
Aftercare is easy. For the next couple of days, skip exfoliating products and retinol, and wear SPF every day. Then enjoy the glow.
Before and After Your Hydrafacial
A few simple habits make a real difference to your results. Your skin technician will tailor these to you.
BEFORE YOU COME IN
- Come with a clean face if you can. If not, no problem, we start with a cleanse.
- New to retinol or exfoliating acids? Give them a rest for a week before your visit. If you've used them for years and your skin is used to them, you can usually carry on. Your skin technician will advise.
- Leave a week between facial waxing or threading and your Hydrafacial. We never exfoliate freshly waxed skin. Gentlemen, don't shave the morning of your visit. Freshly shaved skin is extra sensitive. (Our dermaplaning add-on is different: it's a controlled exfoliation done by your skin technician as part of the treatment.)
- Booking Botox or filler too? Have your Hydrafacial first. You can be injected right after. If you've already had injectables, wait two weeks before your Hydrafacial.
- Wear SPF daily in the days leading up, and avoid a sunburn. Sunburned skin needs to heal first.
AFTER YOU LEAVE
- Enjoy the glow. Skip makeup for the rest of the day so your skin can breathe. Tomorrow, you're good to go.
- Wear SPF 30 or higher every day. Freshly exfoliated skin is extra sun-sensitive.
- Hold off on retinol, acids and scrubs for about a week. Your skin has already been exfoliated.
- Keep it simple: gentle cleanser, hydrating serum, moisturizer.
- Planning a laser treatment too? Ask your skin technician about timing. They'll space the two so your skin gets the most from both.

What is a Hydrafacial?
Hydrafacial is a non-invasive facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates your skin in one session. It uses patented Vortex-Fusion technology: gentle suction lifts away dead skin and impurities while nourishing serums are infused at the same time.
What will it do for my skin?
You’ll see an immediate glow. Skin looks brighter, smoother, plumper and more hydrated when you walk out the door. With regular treatments, results build over time, helping refine tone and texture, reduce the look of pores and blemishes, and support a healthier skin barrier.
What skin concerns can it help with?

What are boosters?
Boosters are professional-grade serums chosen for your main skin concern, such as dark spots, fine lines, redness or congestion. They are infused deep into the skin during your treatment to personalize and amplify your results. A booster is included in both our Deluxe and Platinum treatments.
Does it hurt?
No. Hydrafacial is gentle and comfortable, and most clients find it relaxing.
Is there any downtime?
No. It’s non-invasive, so you can go straight back to your day.
How often should I book?
It depends on your skin and your goals. Many clients book monthly to keep their glow and hydration consistent; others come every 2–3 months. Because it’s gentle, it can be done more often for more intensive results. Your esthetician will suggest a schedule that fits you.
How is it different from microdermabrasion or a regular facial?
Microdermabrasion uses crystals or a diamond tip to physically buff the skin, which can leave sensitive skin dry or irritated. Hydrafacial cleanses, exfoliates and extracts while infusing hydrating serums at the same time, so skin is left refreshed and hydrated, not stripped.
Is it right for my skin type?
Hydrafacial suits nearly every skin type, including dry and sensitive skin. It is also a great choice for first-time clients.
Can I add it to other treatments?
Yes. Personalize your visit with an add-on. Add dermaplaning to any Hydrafacial for $55 for an extra-smooth finish, or choose from the other add-ons listed on this page.
